02 — Social Content Packages

A monthly retainer for businesses that need to post consistently. We come out one or two days a month, shoot a full content day, and deliver 8–12 finished pieces optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Vertical-first, scroll-stopping, on-brand.

Best for: restaurants, retail, real estate, and service businesses that want a steady content pipeline without managing a creator in-house.

Starting at $1,800/month. Three-month minimum.

03 — Commercial & Event Production

Day-rate production for commercials, conferences, launches, fundraisers, and live events. Multi-camera coverage when the project needs it.

FAA-licensed drone operations available. Edited fast and delivered ready to post.

Best for: businesses with a one-time need — a TV spot, a conference recap, a product launch event, or a campaign requiring a few shoot days.

Pipeline

How a project moves from first call to final delivery.

01-Discovery Call

A free 15-minute conversation. We learn what you're trying to accomplish, who you're trying to reach, and what success looks like for the project. No pitch deck, no hard sell — just a real conversation about whether we're the right team for the work.

Timeline: Same week

02-Concept Quote

Within 48 hours of the call, we send a written treatment with creative direction, deliverables, shoot timeline, and a fixed quote. You review, request revisions if needed, and approve before we shoot a single frame. No surprise costs, no scope creep, no back-and-forth pricing.

Timeline: 2–3 days after call

03-Production

We handle everything — crew, gear, location scouting, talent, permits, catering. Every project gets the founder on set, full stop. You're welcome to be there or trust us to deliver. Multi-cam, drone, and specialty rigs available when the project calls for it.

Timeline: 1–3 shoot days, scheduled to your calendar

04-Post-Production

Editorial, color grade, sound mix, and motion graphics — all in-house. We send a first cut for review, take two rounds of revisions, and deliver finished work in every aspect ratio you need (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, plus any custom social specs). Master files backed up to dual local drives and cloud storage on every project.

Timeline: 1–2 weeks from wrap

05-Delivery

Final files delivered through a private link. We provide all aspect ratios, raw masters if requested, and source files for projects on retainer. Most projects wrap from first call to final delivery in 2–4 weeks. Faster on rush jobs.

PostPuppeteers is a small, hands-on production company based in Salinas, California. We started because we believe Central Coast businesses deserve the same quality of video the brands in San Francisco and L.A. take for granted — without the agency markup or the month-long timelines.

We're a tight crew. Every project gets the founder on set, in the edit, and on the phone. No account managers, no creative directors who never touch the work, no surprises. Just video that actually does its job.
